Central to our capabilities is the state-of-the-art Test Cell, where we conduct rigorous and precise full load testing of TB5000/TB5400, SGT-100, 200 and 300 engines.

Test Cell Capabilities Overview:

  • Dedicated Test berths with single and twin shaft configurations for both DLE and conventional combustion builds
  • Testing conducted on both gas and/or liquid fuels with gas fuel chromatography scanning for fuel quality assurance
  • Equipped with a precision-engineered 12 MW water brake system delivering exceptional accuracy
  • Advanced emissions monitoring for accurate diagnostics and high-precision performance data
  • Equipped with a custom-built GTS Control System and Bently Nevada vibration monitoring
  • Real-time witness tests, accessible to customers on-site or remotely via video conferencing
