We work in partnership with customers to tailor service agreements to their specific requirements and budgets, by creating a service program for their individual situation in terms of scope coverage, duration and payment structure.

Aside from the traditional fixed price LTSA, we recognise that customers’ production requirements evolve over time. Sites must adapt to changing energy and/or steam demands while taking advantage of internal optimisation or grid export opportunities.

To support this, we have developed a Flexible Long-Term Service Agreement (Flex LTSA) that adapts to your site’s operating profile, helping you balance demand while ensuring maintenance costs reflect real turbine usage.

The Flex LTSA also allows customers to fully customise which maintenance activities are included in the agreement, providing a level of flexibility not available in traditional service contracts.
